We kindly remind authors of accepted papers that prior to November 2nd they must submit the final Camera Ready version of the papers and they must register at full (author) rate.
IEEE e-Copyright Form (eCF)
We are currently working to open a webpage for registering the eCopyright Form of accepted papers, more information will be posted soon.IEEE PDF eXpress Instructions
1. Visit IEEE Pdf eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org
2. Click “Create account” at the bottom.
3. Enter the:
a. Conference ID: 55849X
b. Your Email Address
c. Choose a Password
And click submit button
4. Your will get an email from IEEE PDF eXpress: IEEE PDF eXpress: Account Confirmation.
Please clik the “Click for account activation”
5. Once your email has been verified, you will see this window. Click the LOGIN button.
6. Enter your email and password as entered earlier during account creation and click login.
7. You will be directed to this page. Please fill in all of the details.
8. Once completed, please click the Dashboard on the left side. There is also guidelines for Using IEEE PDF eXpress here.
9. Your will be directed to this page. To add a new paper, click CREATE NEW TITLE button.
10. Please fill up your paper and upload your file. It can be in PDF or Word. Until the File has been converted successfully.
11. Once completed, you can view your files status in the Dashboard.
12. Please click download pdf. And upload the IEEE PDF eXpress verified paper into CMT System by clicking on the right "Create Camera Ready Submission" (or "Edit Camera Ready Submission" if you already uploaded your paper).
Publication of Preprints
Authors may post their preprints in the following locations:
- Author’s personal website
- Author’s employer’s website
- arXiv.org
- TechRxiv.org
- Funder’s repository
This does not count as a prior publication. If copyright to the paper was transferred to IEEE through the completion of an IEEE Copyright Form before the preprint is posted, IEEE must be credited as the copyright holder with the following statement included on the initial screen displaying IEEE-copyrighted material:
“© 20XX IEEE. Personal use of this material is permitted. Permission from IEEE must be obtained for all other uses, in any current or future media, including reprinting/republishing this material for advertising or promotional purposes, creating new collective works, for resale or redistribution to servers or lists, or reuse of any copyrighted component of this work in other works.”
Upon publication of the paper, the paper’s Digital Object Identifier (DOI) should be added.
